You won't regret staying here. Fabulous in every way!! Positive: Of the 6 places we have stayed in so far during our extended road trip, this one was the best. Some were too crowded, but not here. No problem with neighbors getting the dog excited, pleasantly quiet. 3 of the 6 we couldn't get the TV to work. So on and so forth. When/if we return to Eugene, we will try and book this again. Most of the rest of the places we've stayed, we might give them a pass next time, try something new. We picked it for location (family nearby) and pet friendliness. The fenced yard was great for the dog, and excellent dog park not far away. That was great. Ardyn brought a toy hedgehog for our doggie, and had a blanket over the main sofa to keep dog hairs down. Truly pet friendly. We did our laundry - great! We got the TV working. And we loved the amazing and beautiful shower. The decor was quiet colors, peaceful. The kitchen was well appointed, even including a grinder for coffee beans. Outstanding!! Negative: Pretty much perfect.

The property is beautiful, relaxing, and in an incredibly lovely neighborhood. The owner has thought of everything for an enjoyable stay: the kitchen had everything you could need including spices for cooking, and dental picks and bamboo toothbrushes just in case! I will say that the unit above had a lively family in it and the their was quite a bit of thumping and squeaking as they moved about. Fortunately they were respectful of quiet times and by 10:00pm things were quiet (I’m an early to bed person so this may not be an issue for most). Despite the upper unit, the separate units offer complete privacy with separate yards and a parking spot for each party. Thank you for a great stay and sharing your lovely home!

Perfect retreat well located and superb host! Positive: Ardyn es una gran anfitriona, la comunicación con ella es súper fácil y ella encantadora. La casa es genial, tiene de todo lo que puedes necesitar para sentirte como en casa. La ubicación para nosotros también fue estupenda. Hicimos un bbq y la verdad que la disfrutamos mucho. Negative: Todo estupendo pero sí es cierto que si hay inquilinos en la parte de arriba, se escucha absolutamente todo. Fue lo único que no nos gustó pero por suerte, solo los dos úlimos días tuvimos vecinos arriba.

Rental is as described. Ardyn was great and we plan to be back next year.
